Stacy Mathews is the founder of 1 Solution At A Time, LLC, a full-service platform that provides Business Consulting, Career Coaching and Wellness programs. Throughout her career, she has shown unmatched performance driving people and business strategies across the telecom, media and entertainment industries. She has incorporated over 30 years of extensive knowledge of program management, organizational design, change management, career coaching and love of health and wellness to create powerful opportunities to help clients stay ahead of change, deliver impact that matters, and instill inspiration to propel others to reach their full potential.
Stacy began her yoga and meditation journey in 2018 when searching for a way to connect with the physical body and get a good exercise. She quickly discovered that yoga and meditation not only improve the mobility and connection to the physical body, but also has extraordinary benefits for her mental and spiritual well-being. Through yoga, meditation and therapy she has addressed issues of anxiety, trauma, depression and worthiness and hopes to help others do the same, so they can live happier and healthier lives.
After experiencing a traumatic life-changing event in 2021, she launched 1 Solution At A Time, LLC in 2023 to allow her to use her expertise and healing practices to help others succeed and transform their lives for the better. Her Wellness Programs are focused on helping individuals maintain a healthy, mind, body and spirit connection through wellness retreats and events, evidenced-based programs for the aging with chronic health conditions and partnership with Next Generation Harvest.
