TFT Tapping was developed by Dr. Roger Callahan in the 1980s and uses specific routines or “algorithms” of tapping points for different problems. TFT Tapping does not require verbalizing the issue, but only focusing on it mentally. EFT Tapping is based on TFT Tapping, but simplifies the process by tapping on all points in each round, and repeating a phrase that describes the issue out loud.
